Summary Probate

Summary Administration

In Florida certain estates qualify for Summary Administration. In Summary Administration the entire process is done with one judicial order, and is usually much faster. However, there can be drawbacks. If the estate has creditors, they can claim directly on the probate assets. Caleb Pringle will advise you as the appropriate form of administration suited to your unique needs.
