Caleb Pringle is a sixth generation Floridian and fifth generation lawyer. He was born and raised in Lee County. He is a proud graduate with honors from Florida State University with a bachelor’s in Business Administration. After undergrad, he graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of law, where he focused on Property Law and Estates and Trusts. While in law school he spent a semester interning as an assistant legislative analyst for the Florida Senate’s Committee on Regulated Industries. As an assistant legislative analyst he reviewed and drafted bill analysis, and assisted legislators in drafting new proposed laws for the entire state of Florida.

Now Caleb practices primarily probate, estate planning, trust, real estate, and law. He has handled a multitude of contested and uncontested estates and trusts.  Many of which involved complicated real estate holdings, and total estate values in the millions. Caleb strives to treat every estate client the same, from the smallest will drafting to the largest trust administration.

In condominium law, Caleb represents clients on both sides of the Association/Unit Owner divide. For unit owners he has handled fining disputes, assessment issues, and ultra vires board action. On the Association side he has handled everything from standard general representation to unique issues like election disputes, and hurricane repair construction environmental law.

One of Caleb’s passions is teaching. He is currently a professor at a local real estate school where he teaches the law portions of the Real Estate sales agent and community association management state licensing courses. As a teacher he enjoys making sure his students get an in depth grasp on the ins and outs of real estate law, and how it applies to our daily lives.

As an attorney he focuses on using the framework of Florida law to achieve fair and equitable results for all his clients. He uses his experiencing teaching to break down the applicable laws into easy to understand concepts, so his clients can make informed decisions with respect to their estate planning, and the probates of their loved ones. Because the death of a loved one is one of the most stressful experience we will all go through, Caleb does everything he can to make sure the process is as quick, easy, and painless as possible for his clients.
