Communications with us:
To ensure that your communication is handled accurately, courteously, and promptly, phone calls between you and Caleb Pringle, Esq or any of our affiliates, employees, agents, case managers, paralegals, and/or attorneys may be recorded. We may make calls and/or send text messages to you at any telephone number associated with your account. We may use prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or an automatic telephone dialing system to make these calls or text (SMS) messages. You certify, warrant, and represent to us that the telephone numbers you have provided to us are your contact numbers. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to us. You agree that Caleb Pringle, Esq. may send emails to you at any email address you provide us, or use other electronic means of communication to the extent permitted by law.
What information we may collect about you:
Personal Information: “Personal Information” is information that, either alone or when used in combination with other information, would allow someone to identify you. Examples of Personal Information include, but is not limited to, name, email address, phone number, and mailing address. Personal Information also includes certain information we collect when you retain EASY FLORIDA PROBATE to represent you in legal matters, including the distribution of settlement or other payments to you, if applicable. This information can include your Social Security number and financial account numbers.
Information You Choose to Give Us: While using our Services, including contacting us, creating an account, or applying for an employment position (we throw great company picnic), we may ask you to provide us with information (including Personal Information) such as your name, e-mail, phone number, and zip code. Additionally, some portions of the Services may be used by active EASY FLORIDA PROBATE clients to communicate pursuant to an attorney/client relationship. You can opt out of our communications by sending an email to info@easyfloridaprobate.com or by mail at the address provided below in “Contact Us”. Please note that it may take up to fifteen (15) calendar days to remove your contact information from our marketing communications lists, so you may receive correspondence from us for a short time after you opt out. Please contact us to update or correct your information if it changes, e.g. your address, phone number, or email, and also if you believe that any information that we have collected about you is inaccurate.
SECURING YOUR INFORMATION
It is of our upmost concern to keep your Personal Information safe, and EASY FLORIDA PROBATE takes all commercially reasonable measures to secure and protect the Personal Information we collect from you. Nevertheless, there is no such thing as an unhackable system. No one can guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information. Additionally, we cannot be responsible for the security of information transmitted to us over networks that we do not control, including the Internet and wireless networks.
LINKED WEBSITES
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or social media features that may be accessed through links to third party websites. Accessing those links will cause you to leave our website and may result in the collection of information about you by a third party. We do not control, endorse or make any representations about those third party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ours. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you interact with before allowing the collection and use of your information.
DO NOT TRACK REQUESTS
If we receive a do not track request from your browser we will do our best not to collect any information from that browser.
INTERNATIONAL TRAFFIC
Easy Florida Probate is located in the United States, and if you are using the Services from outside of the United States of America (Buenos dias, Bonjour, etc), your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored or processed in the United States, where our servers are located and our central database is operated. Our laws in the United States regarding data protection might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using any portion of the Services, you understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this Privacy Policy.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Information online from children under the age of 13. If you are a child under the age of 13 and you got this far, congratulations! You’ve likely got better reading comprehension skills than most adults. However, this website really isn’t for you so please go outside and read a book or something. If you are an adult and you believe we may have collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately.
YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Services who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of “Personal Information” (as defined by California law) to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. EASY FLORIDA PROBATE has not sold personal information about consumers within 12 month period preceding the date of this Privacy Policy (and we don’t plan on ever doing so).

You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment by any business when you exercise of your California privacy rights. However, we will make you take an extensive test to determine if you really are a Californian. The test will include, but is not limited to, longboarding, surfing, and giving directions on how to best navigate freeway traffic.

Life is in a constant state of flux, and so (to a lesser extent) is our privacy policy. Due to changes in the law, or in our practices EASY FLORIDA PROBATE may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
